Hey guys!
So as a few of you know, for the past year I have been doing a huge project in school.
It was called the personal project - each student could pick his own theme - and we will present it sometime in April to the whole school (oh no).
The themes were often something artistic, even though we´re not an artistic school
For example my friend
made a comic called
The Last Thylacine and its frickin´ wonderful and
go check it out on her DA! Really guys. Its just so emotional and aaa she worked so hard the whole year while most of us did it the last month! I just proud of heeer!
My thing was a photo and painting book collection, named Abstractography. The main point is: abstract photos and abstract paintings of the photos with something added in them - little stick people. The message of the whole thing is that
you can find beauty even in the small details of the everyday world, if you look the "right way". It also represents how interesting I find the fact that we can find our own kind (people) even in other things around us. The photos are often something nature-ish, or chemistry experiments, or microscope images... anything really
even cups
. The paintings are mostly aquarelle, acryl, chalk.. similar. I will also have to get it printed somewhere to show it at the school fair, because I'm overprotective of the originals and would never just bind them together in a book!
So, (the point is) I plan to post the pictures onto Deviant Art too!!! Yaaay!
I will try to post 1 or 2 sets (photo + painting) per week. I am also thinking about continuing the series at least here online, because I really loved making some of the pictures and it helps me "enlarge my imagination"
I might also start selling prints!
So anyway, I hope that you are as excited as I am because Ill finally actually have something to post here and its already scanned so it wont take that long! And I also plan on posting normal once-in-a-while stuff like I'm used to (because I actually create
a lot I just never post it because I'm lazy
).
I hope that I'm really committing to this now!!
I mean I still have a lot of school work and after-school activities, but whenever I can I will escape into this creative world
